Cardiothoracic service

This growing service provides therapy to those suffering predominantly from heart and lung conditions.

Our service:

  • pre and post-surgery care for cardiac, abdominal or lung disorders and transplants
  • mobility and exercise programmes after heart attacks or diagnosed heart conditions
  • weight loss and exercise before cardiac surgery

The aim of neurological physiotherapy is to treat individuals diagnosed with neurological impairments as above to enhance or maximise their functional ability. Neuro-physiotherapy and a combination of FES machine (Functional Electrical Stimulation), Massage Therapy and Neuro Pilates are considered accordingly to enhance progress.
